About
Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks (ages 14 and up) who want a space where their identities and experiences are heard without judgement. People often come in feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to make sense of what they’re carrying. In my work, I offer warmth, curiosity, and a space where your story is honored, your emotions are welcomed, and you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve grace and gentleness. I am a queer, neurodivergent counselor, and I offer person-centered care rooted in empathy and collaboration. I use creative expression, strength-based approaches and motivational interviewing to support identity development, nonjudgmental self compassion, and meaningful change. I honor your experiences and fully welcome and affirm your identity. Therapy can be a gentle space to reconnect with yourself, explore what’s been heavy, and to grow at a pace that works for you. Please feel free to contact me, I am looking forward to meeting you! :) Specialties: Anyone seeking guidance is welcome. I support people through focusing on their overall wellbeing and identifying what needs to happen to feel more centered and balanced. Sessions emphasize self-compassion, personal growth, and setting goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.
