About

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I chose my career as I was given the gift of adversity, pain and curiosity. This is what led me to having the honor of hearing people's deepest fears, sadness, struggles, and insights to themselves. I absolutely love what I do as I see potential in all of my clients while we walk the path of self-discovery. We will discuss your goals and aspirations and make a treatment plan that's in line with your values and your authenticity. I am professional and real, and as I like to tell someone who comes to me for the first time it's more like a conversation, I'm a person just like you. I'm intuitive, compassionate, and lead with curiosity. I'm here to help you understand yourself, and what aligns with your personal/professional values and goals. I help guide, not judge, as experiences are opportunities for growth. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, the Gold Standard in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Therapy can feel intimidating, particularly if you have not tried it or have had a negative experience in the past. It takes courage to be vulnerable, but being vulnerable is what builds the bridge to connection..with yourself and others. Therapy helps you learn to love who you are, as you are. I help you find what is on the other side of pain..PEACE. Specialties: Your individualized treatment plan varies depending on your unique story, struggles, and goals for yourself. We revisit and pivot as needed, as circumstances change. My goal for you is to recognize the pillar of strength that you are, and help you gently uncover what is ready to heal so you can move forward and feel more fulfilled. You are the expert in your life, and you have the power to change. Credentials & Experience: I have both the education and life experience that has taught me that change is possible, odds can be beat, and life can be lived fully. I truly and wholeheartedly believe this. All it takes is one person to believe in you when you don't quite believe it in yourself. I'm confident I'm that person.

"My approach with my clients is rooted in compassion, connection and care. I use a combination of treatment types, as we discover what works best for you and your goals. Every person is unique and life stages vary. As your therapist I will assess what is going to resonate best with you through your process of self-discovery. I meet you where you are at, and am flexible with my approach."
