About
I currently have limited evening availability on Thursdays! Being vulnerable and opening up is hard and scary, but you don't have to do it alone. I believe healing happens in a space of warmth and understanding. My approach to counseling is relational—I listen with care, support without judgment, and walk alongside you in your journey toward growth and mental well-being. My experience spans clinical and academic settings, where I have provided individual and group therapy, as well as education and outreach focused on trauma, mental health, and stress management. I have experience in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments/transitions.
