Suzzanna Elizabeth Kramer
Counselor
·MA, Temp , LMHCAAbout
My ideal client is motivated for change but may feel unsure where to start. They might struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, disordered eating, or difficulty managing emotions and relationships. They need a safe, nonjudgmental space to process experiences, gain insight, and learn healthier coping skills. Their goals include improving emotional regulation, reducing distress, strengthening relationships, and cultivating self-compassion. They want practical strategies and a supportive therapist to help them heal, grow, and create a more balanced, purposeful life. I support clients of all ages with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, eating-disorder recovery, and addiction. Drawing on CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, animal-assisted therapy, and play therapy, I create personalized plans to build coping skills, heal past wounds, and foster lasting growth in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying pain or stress, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a compassionate space to explore what’s holding you back, build coping skills, and create lasting change. When you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and take that first step toward growth and hope.
"I use CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, animal-assisted therapy, and play therapy to create a personalized plan for each client. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, focusing on understanding your story, identifying goals, and building skills to manage emotions, heal past wounds, and create lasting positive change in a safe, welcoming space."
