Therapy is only as effective as the relationship you have with your therapist. Healing happens through connection—not credentials alone. Being a sex therapist is an act of rebellion in itself. Sexual concerns are still surrounded by stigma, silence, and shame, and choosing to talk about them takes real courage. If you’re here, you’re already doing something brave. Rebels welcome. Shame not invited. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore “hush-hush” topics openly and make the uncomfortable feel more comfortable. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as concerns related to sexual health and intimacy. This desire discrepancy, low libido, sexual shame, communication around sex, sexual dysfunction, and intimacy after betrayal or life transitions. I am affirming of diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy. I work with individuals and couples around sexual health, desire, and intimacy in a sex-positive, trauma-informed way. Couples work focuses on sexual concerns and is most effective when partners already have a foundation of respectful, healthy communication allowing us to focus more deeply on intimacy, connection, and mutual understanding. Specialties: Psychotherapy provider as well as provides supervison for LSW's Credentials & Experience: I own a group therapy practice called Evermore Therapy and Wellness Group. I have worked in rehabs, psychiatric units, department of corrections, and have been a contracted therapist to work with DCS cases. I have been doing this work since 2016.
