About
My ideal client may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, and is seeking clarity, stability, and meaningful change. They want practical tools, deeper insight, and a safe space to be understood without judgment. Their goals include improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, healing from past experiences, and gaining confidence to move forward with purpose and balance in their daily life. I specialize in evidence-based, trauma-informed care using CBT, DBT, ACT, and family-based approaches. I offer structured, supportive therapy focused on skill-building, insight, and real-world change, helping clients reduce symptoms, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident and in control of their lives. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a supportive space to sort through challenges and build lasting change. I offer a warm, collaborative approach and invite you to reach out when you’re ready to take the next step forward. Specialties: I help clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship and family concerns, and life transitions. Treatment is collaborative and goal-focused, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT to build coping skills, insight, and lasting change. Clients often experience improved mood, confidence, and emotional balance. Credentials & Experience: I hold a PhD in Psychology and have provided clinical care since August 2023, with strong proficiency in CBT. I previously worked with the Indiana Department of Child Services supporting children and families, and completed advanced training in Human Sexuality and Career Counseling.
