About
I show up as authentically as I can in my work as a therapist. I believe that many of the challenges we face with our mental health are shaped by what we've been through and the ways we've learned to cope. A lot of those strategies may have helped us get through hard times—but sometimes, they stop working the way we need them to. My role is to walk alongside you, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and support you in finding new ways of thinking and responding that feel more aligned with who you are and where you want to go. I work with both teens and adults through all kinds of life transitions—whether that’s navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, pregnancy or fertility challenges, grief, postpartum adjustment, or healing from birth trauma. I am a person just like you - a mother to three kids ages 22, 20 and 16. - living life one day at a time! I meet clients where they are, with empathy and respect, and I believe therapy should be collaborative, flexible, and grounded in a strong, trusting relationship. If you're considering therapy, I’d love to connect and see if we might be a good fit. Specialties: I often blend approaches from CBT, DBT and Somatic Therapy, depending on your unique needs. In our first session, we'll have a relaxed conversation where I'll also gather some background information to help guide our sessions. We'll focus on what matters most to you—whether that's building insight, developing tools, or simply having a space to reflect, heal, and grow emotionally. Credentials & Experience: I have 6 years of experience in helping adults, teens and families. I'm licensed in IN and I am in process of receiving my perinatal mental health certification.
