About
You may be used to holding it all together on the outside - while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are or what you need. Maybe you're the "strong one" for others, yet feel disconnected from yourself. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns, navigating identity, or struggling in relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and more connected to self. I take a flexible, client-centered and feminist approach, tailoring therapy to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build nervous system regulation skills, and gently - or directly if that's your vibe - challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. Therapy takes time, but it's time that you deserve to give yourself. I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If this resonates with you, reach out! I’d love to connect and give you the chance to see if we’re a good fit. Specialties: I have areas of interest but am open to whatever clients bring to the session. My goal will be to work collaboratively to uncover the issues at hand and create a treatment plan best suited for the client's needs. I like to utilize mind-body work, Parts work, and exploration of experiences to help clients gain insight and empowerment to their healing journey. Credentials & Experience: I graduated from Wake Forest University with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously, I have years of experience in the physical wellness space (fitness, yoga, coaching, etc.,) which brings the mind-body connection in session.
"Each client is unique in what they bring to the table and how they may respond to treatment. My foundation is person-centered and feminist, but openness to eclecticism helps me maintain flexibility in the therapeutic process and explore techniques that best serve you."
