I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self whether you feel loud, quiet, curious, or uncertain. If you are an immigrant, a first-generation American, or a neurodivergent individual navigating the intersections of culture, faith, and identity, you are not alone. As a first-generation Muslim American, with English as my second language, I have personally experienced many of these layered identities and continue to reflect on them in my own journey. I understand how complex, challenging, and meaningful this process can be. I have experience working with ADHD and Autism, and I genuinely enjoy supporting people as they discover their voice and develop a rhythm that works for them. My work focuses on supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as immigrants and first-generation Americans, as they explore identity, build confidence, and move toward greater Self-understanding. Through compassion, cultural humility, and a strong foundation of trust, I aim to support you as you navigate the unique challenges and strengths that can come with the intersection of culture, faith, and identity. I gather as much data as possible to better understand your issues and experiences, then create a treatment plan best suited to your needs.
