About
When life feels overwhelming—your body tense, your mind racing, and anxiety stuck on repeat—it can feel exhausting and isolating. You might notice shutting down, overthinking, feeling on edge, or even feeling disconnected from yourself or your surroundings. These are common trauma responses, not personal failures. Anxiety, trauma, and dissociation don’t just live in your thoughts—they live in your nervous system and shape how safe and grounded you feel each day. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and dissociation. Using a trauma-informed, body-based approach, I help clients understand their responses, process past experiences, and build a greater sense of control. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, CBT, and DBT to support meaningful change. I offer compassionate, professional therapy through both telehealth and in-person sessions. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin healing at your own pace. Specialties: I have worked with a range of struggles that clients may be facing. As a therapist I specialize my treatment plans to each individual client need. During our initial sessions, I get all the information needed to collaborate with my clients to develop a plan of treatment together , to help manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, and more. Credentials & Experience: I use my training and experience to be the best therapist for each individual client. I work hard to understand each clients needs .
