About

I deeply enjoy working with individuals living with chronic pain because I understand how exhausting and isolating it can be. Pain affects far more than just the body—it touches sleep, mood, relationships, and even identity. One of the most important things to know is that pain is real, even when invisible. It’s processed in the brain, which doesn’t mean it’s “in your head,” but that your nervous system, body, and mind are deeply connected. This connection is why I use approaches like ACT, CBT, and LENS Neurofeedback to help calm the nervous system and support healing from the inside out. LENS helps with so many psychological issues I specialize in pain management because I’ve seen how chronic pain impacts every part of life. With 10 years of experience in VA and medical pain clinic settings, I support clients with conditions like EDS, fibromyalgia, and CRPS. Using evidence-based tools, I help clients reduce suffering, reconnect with their bodies, and make meaningful progress over time. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from teens to older adults, who live with complex pain conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, fibromyalgia, migraines, CRPS, IBS, and chronic back or neck pain. Each person’s experience of pain is unique, shaped by biology, life history, and nervous system patterns, which deserve to be addressed. Specialties: My greatest focus is helping with chronic pain and trauma, though I also work with a wide range of health challenges. I believe healing involves the whole body and mind, so treatment blends approaches that ease suffering and help you feel more grounded and engaged in life. Credentials & Experience: I have obtained Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT): Granted by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) and am able to practice telepsychology in more than 40 participating states. Please reach out to see if I am available to serve you.

"Treatment is shaped around you—where you are and what your body is ready for. I take a holistic approach, knowing pain and trauma affect the whole person. That's why I use multiple interventions, working together to support healing on many levels and finding what feels safe, effective, and meaningful for you."
