About
Imagine your ideal outcome: feeling understood, confident, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients are neurodiverse children, teens, and young adults who struggle with behavioral challenges, social difficulties, anxiety, or depression. They often want to feel more connected, manage emotions effectively, and build skills that help them thrive at home, school, and in relationships. I specialize in behavioral therapy with a license as a Registered Behavioral Therapist. I also use different principles to create a supportive, collaborative space. My approach focuses on uncovering strengths, fostering independence, and developing practical strategies that make everyday life easier and more fulfilling. I believe every individual has unique strengths, and therapy is a space to uncover those strengths while building practical skills for everyday life. Whether we’re working on managing emotions, improving social connections, or fostering independence, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and professional space where progress feels possible. Specialties: I have worked with children who are neurodiverse and also have a combination of other mental disorders like ADHD and OCD for 4 years. Credentials & Experience: I am currently in a graduate program earning a masters in counseling psychology and I am working as an intern under my supervisor.
"When engaging with clients, I like to use a style that reflects on actions in your life and how they affect an individual. I also like focus on the clients social relationships and personal goals. Through therapy I try to also use different methods like movement and music with clients to help relaxation and build a comfortable environment."
