·MA, LCPCAbout
Everyone deserves a non-judgmental space to reflect and confront their struggles. As an ADHD and Mood Specialist (ADHD-CCSP), I primarily work with neurodivergence, co-occurring anxiety and depression or individuals with a history of trauma. Together we can focus on learning self, increasing emotion and impulse regulation while managing the overwhelm without additional guilt or shame. With a warm and relational style, I help clients gain a sense of awareness, hope and understanding. I use an integrative approach, specifically pulling from client-centered and strengths-based approaches with further training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Exposure Response Therapy. I am passionate about providing my clients a space to examine patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them and move forward with their lives in an empowered, healthy way. I will honor your individuality, always tailoring treatment to your specific needs, goals and values. If you're ready to find healing, let's connect! Specialties: I primarily work with those with ADHD and mood issues. ADHD in itself tends to be one of the most complex and misunderstood diagnoses in mental health yet greatly impacts functioning, risk and quality of life. I also enjoy working with individuals with intense emotions, trauma, avoidance, executive functioning issues, mood disorders, or those struggling to manage the chaos and overwhelm of life. Credentials & Experience: I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
"I have an integrative approach which means I pull from different therapy frameworks to find what feels good and makes sense for you - I'm all about therapy being relatable and practical. My approach to therapy is both collaborative and client-led. I encourage clients to take the lead in choosing the work for the session, but I will always jump in to guide when a client is unsure."
