Stress and anxiety can really do a number on many aspects of our lives, including our physical health, our mental health, and our relationships with those around us. I help people who want to feel more confident in their everyday life choices as well as those big life decisions, but who feel suffocated by responsibility and other perceived limits. I will support you in taking control of your life so you can advance confidently through life’s tough chapters and be better prepared to take on what’s next. In sessions I will pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, utilizing a strengths-based and trauma-focused approach. I will help you identify the patterns that are keeping you from getting unstuck and moving forward. I am down to earth and bring humor into our sessions when appropriate.
