About

I’m dedicated to walking alongside individuals ages 18+ on their healing journeys. I am passionate about supporting those committed to growth and open to exploring their inner worlds. Whether you're facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, together, we will create a space where you feel safe, seen, and not alone so that we can heal past wounds and transform suffering into flourishing. Both my personal and clinical experience ground me in the belief that not only is healing possible, but it is wired within us. We just need the right conditions to activate it. I support my clients through a trauma-informed approach using experiential and attachment-based therapies like AEDP, parts work, and nervous system regulation. While I work with clients facing many different challenges, I specialize in grief, anxiety, burnout, and feelings of "never being enough." I understand that it takes great courage and vulnerability to reach out for additional support. If you are ready to begin therapy, please contact me for a consultation. I currently prioritize new clients seeking extended sessions (90 minutes, 2 or 3 hours), which allow for deeper processing, healing, and transformation. Specialties: I specialize in supporting clients who have experienced or are experiencing grief, loss, trauma, shame, anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, and romantic or familial relationship issues. I believe healing is possible and our lives can be forever changed when we are understood, truly seen, and embraced for who we are. Providing this healing presence for you is of the utmost importance to me. Credentials & Experience: I work through attachment-based and trauma-informed lenses. I believe that trauma changes the brain...but so does healing.

"I am a relational therapist and use attachment and trauma-informed frameworks; AEDP is my primary modality, and I will complete AEDP Level 2 this fall. I aim to co-create a safe, positive, and secure relationship with my clients to support their healing. I believe healing is SO possible, but we're not meant to do it alone."
