About
I believe human beings are inherently adaptive and resilient. My role is to "walk" with people as they search for, and build upon, the strengths they have inside themselves. Clients I work with may have negative beliefs about themselves, despite being effective in many areas of their life. Clients I work with have been through a lot in life. They are resilient. If you want to soothe anxiety, cultivate motivation, shift your perspective, or heal from a painful past please reach out. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a strong foundation of trauma-informed care, EMDR, attachment theory, and family systems, as well as evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Solution-focused and experiential techniques. I am here to help you create a pathway forward. I approach each client with empathy and respect, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings both expertise and a genuine desire to support your personal growth, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey. Specialties: I utilize an eclectic approach including EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness as well as other modalities. Clients I work with have experienced trauma, life changes, lack of motivation, or may be seeking self optimization. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. Credentials & Experience: I have worked in Mental Health for 20 years. I am licensed in Idaho (LCPC) and Utah (LCMHC). I often utilize EMDR therapy with clients who have negative beliefs. I see clients in person and via telehealth.
