Maybe anxiety has left you feeling constantly overwhelmed, on edge, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and your life. You may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, or survival mode while desperately craving more calm, joy, and peace again. Together, we work to move beyond symptom management and begin healing the root causes driving anxiety and nervous system dysregulation. Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach - including nervous system regulation tools and EMDR - we work to heal emotional wounds, reduce the emotional charge of past trauma, and restore a greater sense of safety and connection within the mind and body. Anxiety is exhausting, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand your mind and body so you can feel more present, vibrant, and fully alive again. If you're ready to begin healing, I'd love to help. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Specialties: I help you find calm, peace, and joy through nervous system regulation, CBT, and simple lifestyle changes. I also specialize in exposure therapy to help you overcome fears and phobias that keep you stuck. If you've experienced trauma, I'm also in training through an EMDR institute approved training program developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro, and can incorporate EMDR into our work together. Credentials & Experience: I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals with acute mental health needs, trauma, and those deemed dangerously mentally ill or not competent to stand trial. I've seen firsthand that the current approach to mental health treatment isn't working, and I'm on a mission to change that.
"I approach mental health holistically, exploring what's truly driving your symptoms. We'll look at thoughts, behaviors, and past trauma, while considering how diet and lifestyle affect your well-being. Treatment may include exposure work, nervous system regulation, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you reduce anxiety, improve mood, and heal."
