I have lived in the USA for 18 years. I got my degree from Idaho State University. Before moving to Idaho, I lived with my American family in California and Texas. I have a unique perspective on life, having a foreign background, as well as a background in health coaching and living with chronic illness. I help people with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental and emotional struggles using a whole-body approach, not only talk therapy.
