About
Life can sometimes feel heavier than we expected. Maybe you are lying awake at night replaying the day's worries, or you find yourself stuck in patterns you wish you could change. You might be navigating big transitions at this season in your life, are experiencing difficulties in your personal relationships, or just feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do next. Deep down, you know you want to feel calmer, more in control, and able to live in a way that feels true to who you are. That is where counseling can help. I use Cognitive Behavioral Health (CBT) to help you untangle the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we'll find practical tools you can use in your daily life, whether that's learning to quiet anxious thoughts, build healthier coping strategies, or rediscover your sense of self. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don't have to do it alone. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you take those steps forward. If this feels like the kind of support you are looking for, I'd love for you to reach out and begin the journey to better mental health Specialties: In our first few sessions, we'll take the time to explore what's been weighing on you and begin identifying the root of your struggles. Sessions are client-led, and my role is to guide and support you as you work toward your goals. My goal is to help you uncover the strengths you already have within you and empower you to use them to take back control of your life. Credentials & Experience: I am a current graduate student at Liberty University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. My expected graduation date is May 2026!
"I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions. Through CBT we will work together to train your thoughts to serve you well, practice actions that match your goals, and work to be open in the present moment."
