It would be my honor to come alongside you and be allowed to offer you a space of compassion, empathy and understanding for your healing journey. My focus is to help clients accomplish goals, process unresolved trauma and learn to thrive where they have previously struggled. Anxiety, depression, trauma, problematic relationships, divorce, traumatic family systems and stressful circumstances are a few of life's challenges that I have partnered with clients on in the past and have had the privilege of watching them overcome. One of my specialties is helping clients heal from past childhood trauma. My approach is trauma and attachment informed and compassionate. No matter where you are at in your life and what you are facing, there is no issue too great that we can’t work through together to get you to a place of peace, wholeness, and even joy. Yes, I am confident that you can and will heal. I am EMDR trained and love helping adults overcome trauma and whatever issues they are currently facing. I have training in and love doing Inner Family Systems Therapy with clients. I am an avid reader and passionate about learning all that I can to help others on their journey to heal. Specialties: I have tools that help clients facing anxiety and/or depression quickly see a relief in symptoms. My personal passion and specialty is helping people wanting to move on and thrive after childhood trauma. I've trained immensely under Robin Shapiro and use a mix of Inner Family Systems and EMDR to help the younger parts of you heal.
