About
Hi there! Are you struggling with identity, life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, difficulty finding motivation, or challenges with healthy and trusting relationships? I’m so glad you're here and considering reaching out for support. I'm a Queer and Neurodiversity-affirming therapist and would love to support you on your path to feeling more whole and connected to yourself and those around you. I have a passion for working with teens and adults who've experienced difficult or traumatic life events, struggle with feeling stuck or lost, caught in anxiety, and who wish for greater fulfillment in their relationships. Specializing in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Somatic Therapy), Internal Family Systems, Synergetic Play Therapy, and EMDR I use a mix of somatic and talk therapies because sometimes words are not enough. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Level II Sensorimotor Psychotherapist in Driggs, Idaho. Congrats on taking the step to find and connect with support. I'd love to talk with you and see if I'm a good fit. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to set up a free 15-minute consultation. Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, navigating neurotypical expectations, and trauma related to their relationships or family. I work collaboratively with you from anti-oppression and trauma-informed frameworks to create a plan for addressing any challenges you face in a way that helps you feel empowered and embodied. Credentials & Experience: I bring over a decade of working with people on their healing journeys. If you're interested in learning more about the work we can do together, feel free to check out my website!
