About
Are you and your partner growing further apart — physically, emotionally, or both? Maybe intimacy has become painful, avoided, or feels like a distant memory. Maybe you're lying next to someone you love, yet feeling completely alone. You're not broken — and your relationship may not be either. As a licensed Sex Therapist, I've helped countless couples go from feeling stuck and hopeless to feeling truly close again. I specialize in sexual trauma, dysfunction, and the disconnection that quietly erodes even loving relationships. If you're ready to thrive — not just survive — I'd love to help. Healing is possible — even when the pain has felt endless. Using trauma-informed care, I'll meet you exactly where you are, moving at a pace that feels safe and right for you. Together, we'll gently work through what's been keeping you stuck, rebuilding a sense of safety, connection, and freedom from shame. You don’t have to feel stagnant or hopeless anymore. You deserve a place where your pain is taken seriously and your story truly matters. My focus is helping you feel heard and accepted, without judgment, in a safe, supportive space where you can gently face your challenges and reconnect with hope. Specialties: I work with clients who are struggling with their relationships or their sexuality, so they can have the space to explore the emotions and dynamics causing so much pain. So often my clients find their voice and abandon shame in order to pursue the life and love they need. Credentials & Experience: I'm currently pursuing my doctorate in Sexology along with certification as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I've completed training as a Gottman Therapist for couples and I'm always reading about new research and methods to help my clients.
"I love working with Gottman Couples Therapy, Sensate focus and Congitive Behavioral Therapy for sexual dysfunction, and Attachment Theory in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for everything else. I am person-centered, meaning that I care about creating safe space where you feel seen, heard, and cared about before any other work can be done."
