About
I am a counselor who believes deeply in people’s innate capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My work is rooted in empowerment. I believe healing happens when people understand themselves more fully, recognize the choices available to them, and feel supported in making decisions that align with their values and lives. I am deeply drawn to work that helps people understand their internal world—thoughts, emotions, values, and meaning—while also exploring how relationships and family systems influence behavior and emotional patterns. I see my role as a guide and collaborator—walking alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a healthier, more meaningful way of living. I often help clients explore: Communication styles and emotional expression, Patterns learned in relationships, deeper meaning beneath behaviors, how past experiences continue to shape present choices. My intention is to offer a shared journey—one rooted in respect, honesty, and compassion—where you feel empowered to understand yourself deeply, expand your awareness, and move toward self-actualization in a way that feels authentic to you. You are the expert of your own life. My role is to support, reflect, and walk beside you as you reconnect with yourself Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with marital issues, blended families and parenting struggles.
