Max Murlin Dosland

I believe most people want the same things deep down. We want to feel safe, loved, understood, and fulfilled. Unfortunately, many of us have gone without these most basic needs. While we have found ways to survive, we are left with painful scars and wanting more. I believe 'more' is your right. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, mindful space dedicated to you. I believe we all know what is best for ourselves; my goal is not to tell you what that is but rather to empower and support you along the way. I specialize in young adults, but happily work with all ages. I utilize a variety of tools and techniques with a focus on attachment (object relations) theory and internal family systems; as well as mindfulness based therapy. I also offer couples therapy and family therapy. No subject is too big or small for therapy. I commend you for reaching out and taking the first steps towards your dreams and goals. As a mental health crises worker of 5 years, I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and comfortable working with people wherever they are at.
