About
My clients are usually functioning well enough that no one around them would guess something was wrong. They're navigating identity, relationships, transitions, or that particular kind of anxiety that just looks like being a responsible adult. A lot of them have spent years being the strong one, the capable one, the one who holds it together. They come to me when that stops being enough. I work relationally and somatically with adults navigating relational trauma, identity, and the exhaustion that builds when you've been performing okayness for too long. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients. We look at patterns, where they came from, and how they show up in the body and spirit, not just the mind. You don't have to arrive with the right words or a clear sense of what you need. Most people don't. If something here felt familiar, that's worth paying attention to. I'd be glad to connect when you're ready! Specialties: I help with anxiety, shame, burnout, relational trauma, and loss. In our first visit, we'll map what's bringing you in and what feels most urgent. From there, we'll co-create a path that blends reflection, skill-building, and deeper healing. You can expect greater clarity, self-trust, and a sense of coming home to yourself. Credentials & Experience: An LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is a master's-level psychotherapist trained to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, with a strong emphasis on the social and systemic factors that shape well-being.
"I draw from relational therapy, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic work, integrating cognitive and behavioral strategies when helpful. The heart of therapy is our relationship. Everything is an invitation. We'll explore what feels helpful, stay curious about what doesn't, and shape the process together with openness and care."
