About
I work alongside people that are seeking guidance and understanding on managing trauma related- depressed moods, anxious thoughts, uncertainty, alcohol & drug use, or any other uncomfortable state of mind. Some people are interested in exploring their past and identifying how it affects them in their current life, others just want an objective person to speak to and process their thoughts with. There's no one specific reason for seeking out a therapist/counselor and nothing has to be "wrong" in order to do so. Aside from my personal experiences in life, I have the education, training, and professional experience working with teens and adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, co-dependency, and having a hard time adjusting to life circumstances. I also make a great sounding board for those seeking an objective person to speak with. Like you, I am a person who has overcome adversities and continues to learn how to overcome new life stressors. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and understanding, while holding you accountable to Your treatment goals. Contact me today for a free 10 minute consultation to see if you'd like to set an appointment.
