I work with children, adolescents, individuals & couples on all relational, emotional and spiritual needs. My specialty is Pre-marital, and marriage enrichment counseling. I believe that human beings are designed to be in relationship with other's however, sometimes we lack the knowledge and tools to have quality relationships. With my counseling practice, I am bringing into this Profession 12 years of personal experience from an unhealthy relationship and 4 years practicing as a Licensed Counselor with a Master's of Mental Health Counseling. My goal is for every individual & relationship to have a better quality of life & relationships. Specialties: I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. My clients usually see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvements therafter.
