About
I am licensed psychotherapist with over 24 years of experience. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety (excessive worry and stress), depression (feeling unmotivated, disinterested, and stuck), couples conflict, parent/child issues, OCD, RSD, and ADHD. I have extensive training providing therapy for family and teen/adolescent issues. I work best with individuals, teens, couples, and families who prefer a hands-on and action-oriented psychotherapy approach to promote change. I use cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, person-centered, RRT, and family systems techniques. I work 100% virtually serving patients in Georgia and California. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress reduction, and Couples/Families in conflict. I provide services to ALL individuals and families who have a desire to feel better and lead healthier lives. My goal is to help each client and/or family achieve emotional wellness. I use family systems and mindfulness techniques to help them develop insight about values, beliefs, and habits that affect their relationships. I partner with my client(s) to help them develop healthier habits to cope with life's inevitable challenges. Credentials & Experience: Active California License MFC40719. I provide virtual appointments for private pay residents of California. Hours are 7AM PST to 6PM PST.
"I often use a combination of therapeutic approaches in my practice. Combining family systems theory, CBT, and mindfulness can provide clients with deep insights into their behaviors and thought patterns while also fostering present-moment awareness. This integration allows for a richer understanding of how family dynamics influence beliefs and how mindfulness can help in managing reactions."
