About

Individual Therapy + Group Therapy + Secular Premarital Counseling Learn to tend to yourself, not just others. My clients often struggle with anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, relationship issues, and chronic self-doubt. If you've ever felt both "too much" and "not enough," you're in the right place. In both individual and group therapy, I help women stop performing and going through the motions and instead actually connect to their core needs and values. We work on your mindset and relationship to yourself, as well as how to have healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others. In addition to individual therapy, I am specially trained as a group therapist and as a premarital couples therapist. In my groups, you get to practice the skills you talk about in individual therapy while also feeling less alone and more connected. I offer a women's process group, a DBT skills group, and a Dungeons and Therapy group. Lastly, I provide secular premarital counseling for couples who want a research-backed, non-religious approach. Expect 6-8 sessions completing an assessment and then learning real-life relational tools. In-person in Marietta, virtual across Georgia and Alabama. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Reach out for a no-pressure chat! Specialties: I use a trauma-informed, feminist, and compassion-based approach that blends evidence-based tools (ACT, DBT, somatic work) with real talk, warmth, and humor. Therapy with me isn't about "fixing" you; it's about helping you reconnect with who you are beneath all the expectations ways you've learned to get by. Credentials & Experience: I have over 10 years of experience supporting adults clinically. My approach is tailored to help caring, heart-led women like you find more balance and confidence. I am trained in ACT, DBT, IFS, Prepare/Enrich, Group Psychotherapy, and more. I'm always learning to better serve my clients.

"I specialize in working with driven women who feel both "too much" and "not enough" at the same time. The women who are emotionally intelligent, deeply caring, successful on the outside—yet silently struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and chronic self-doubt. Using evidence-based tools, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and help you reconnect to what matters most."
