I often attract the overachievers, the go-getters, the ones who have learned that things could have been better in their childhood and want to do differently (the change makers!). Oftentimes with overachieving and go getting is people pleasing, earning your worth by doing, and perfectionism. I often attract clients who are brave, courages and ready for change, ready for authenticity, ready to feel empowered and increase their self worth. I often attract clients like... you! You're searching for a therapist who will nurture and challenge you..be your biggest advocate and keep you grounded when things seem out of control.. My promise it to always show up authentic and vulnerable. We will explore how childhood wounding impacts your day to day, how to own every part of you and how to say "no" guilt free! As you do this work your relationships will feel more fulfilling, you will learn to own your power and worth AND learn skills to get through hard moments without disconnecting. I value authenticity, spirituality and laughing- a lot! I get it, finding a therapist can be intimidating and exhausting. My hope is that my office is a safe space to be authentic and honest.
