About
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck can make daily life exhausting. I work with teens, adults, and seniors struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for lasting change. I also offer optional Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate faith into therapy. Faith is always client-led and never imposed. I draw from evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Progressing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also integrate Christian Therapy for clients who wish to include spirituality in their healing process. Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building trust. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what goals you hope to achieve. I’ll also share a bit about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you have about the process. Specialties: I support adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, major life changes, and faith-related concerns in a safe, supportive space. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed as an LPC in GA and have a Telehealth license in Florida and South Carolina. I am also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) offering supervision to those with Associate licensure.
