My goal is to utilize evidence-based modalities and best practices to help individuals better manage their mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues in order to live more mentally, emotionally, spiritually, balanced, healthy productive lives. Serving teens (18yrs+) through seniors struggling with various life stressors, trauma, and/or serious mental illness. We specialize in Christian Counseling. I am licensed in Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts. I have 25+ yrs of experience in the social service field, with 17 yrs of those yrs providing individual, family, couple/marriage, & group therapy. I help individuals heal from trauma, depression, anxiety & learn to love themselves. I work with faith & secular leaders to improve work/ministry/life balance. Life happens to us all through emotional, mental, relational, physical, & spiritual storms; consequently, we need help for a season to process and heal from the traumatic and painful experiences of life. I believe we're all meant to be more than we currently are so It's my privilege to walk through your healing process with you.
