I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can help you heal from the inside out by addressing your mind, body and spirit. I have over a decade of experience counseling clients of all abilities and often incorporate brain-based education into my practice. It is my belief that once you understand how your mind works, you can better manage the thoughts, feelings and choices blocking your progress. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning disabilities. I also work with struggling parents and families to restore balance in their lives. I take an integrative approach to therapy based on your unique needs, utilizing aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Walk & Talk Therapy and more. By equipping you with practical tools and knowledge, I can help you find your way back to wellness. Specialties: For those who would prefer to incorporate nature or movement into their treatment plan, we also offer Walk & Talk therapy along a gulf-side trail, located next to our office.
