About
A little about me and my approach: I am a passionate therapist who focuses on providing a safe, affirming space for individuals (18+) and couples navigating life’s challenges, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also specialize in helping individuals heal their relationship with food, particularly those dealing with emotional eating. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, I guide clients toward developing a healthier mindset around these matters, cultivating self-compassion, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work focuses on fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships—whether with oneself or others. Through personalized therapy, I will help you uncover the patterns that hold you back, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change in your life. I believe that everyone is unique and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where each person can feel heard and understood. When it comes to the couples I work with, I believe that with the right support, every relationship has the potential to thrive. I am honored to be a part of that transformative journey. Specialties: Whether working with individuals seeking personal growth or couples striving to improve communication and connection, my goal is to help clients build resilience, develop meaningful insights, and create positive, lasting changes in their lives. Credentials & Experience: I graduated from the University of South Florida with my BA and MS in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy respectively. I am licensed in Florida and have training in many areas from grief and loss to the LGBTQIA community.
