Specializing in treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP), we believe mental health for all ages includes emotional/mental flexibility, openness, and healthy social connection. We have extensive experience in working with trauma and PTSD, eating disorders/ body dysmorphia, survivors of narcissistic abuse, psychosis and disorders on the schizophrenia spectrum, anxiety/depressive disorders, neurodivergence, personality disorders, mood and dissociative disorders, relationship issues, and personal growth/life transitional challenges. We are passionate about providing evidence-based, high-quality, and culturally competent mental health services. We work with children and adults, ages 8-lifespan.
