About
I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) with 14 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, addiction recovery, and identity exploration. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and remain committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth. I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Immaculata University. My integrative, person-centered approach draws from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, and psychodynamic therapies, along with a trauma-informed lens, to help clients understand patterns and build skills for lasting change. I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, especially when you’re navigating trauma, relationship struggles, addiction, or major transitions. You deserve a safe space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want. Specialties: At Thriveworks, we specialize in helping with issues like anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress, life transitions, and more. Together, we'll create a schedule that works for you, whether it's weekly or bi-weekly, in person or online. I'll regularly check in to ensure you're satisfied with your progress, and I'm always open to feedback to adjust your treatment as needed. Credentials & Experience: With over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, I'm dedicated to helping you lead a happier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the next step, simply call or email Thriveworks, and they'll assist you in scheduling your first appointment with me.
