About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and stress management. I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University in 1997. Throughout my career, I have worked in crisis, hospital, and school settings, gaining vast knowledge and experience across various sectors of social work. Additionally, I have previously worked in private practice. I utilize several modalities of treatment to best serve my clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, and solution-focused theory. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am prepared to assist you on your journey by helping you gain new perspectives and techniques that will allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with. If you are ready to do the work, schedule an appointment with me today. Specialties: At Thriveworks, we specialize in helping with issues like anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress, life transitions, and more. Together, we'll create a schedule that works for you-whether it's weekly or bi-weekly, in person or online. I'll regularly check in to ensure you're satisfied with your progress, and I'm always open to feedback to adjust your treatment as needed. Credentials & Experience: With over 27 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I'm dedicated to helping you lead a happier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the next step, simply call or email Thriveworks, and they'll assist you in scheduling your first appointment with me.
