About
Looking for a therapist that seems right for you can feel overwhelming. I strive to build a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered, supported, and safe to explore their experiences and learn new skills. I work with a variety of folks who are navigating trauma, self-discovery, anxiety, or life transitions. With years of experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, adolescents, LGBTQ populations, and other diverse groups, I bring an eclectic and holistic style to meet each individual person where they are in their journey. I hope to create a space where our most authentic selves feel seen, heard, and thrive. I bring warmth, empathy, understanding, and occasional humor to sessions. I intentionally integrate evidence-based practices along with skill building to equip clients with the tools to be the catalysts for positive change in their lives. I currently have morning and daytime availability with flexible scheduling options. I offer an optional free virtual consultation to help clients determine if they feel this is the best fit for them. Call or e-mail today to discuss options and scheduling. I look forward to meeting you and am honored to be a part of your journey! Specialties: In addition to working with folks encountering various challenges and life transitions, I have an extensive history of implementing trauma-informed practices. I recognize the impact that family/relationship dynamics, our environment, and our communities have on the healing and therapeutic process. I will work with you to navigate paths forward in your journey. Credentials & Experience: I have over 6 years of experience in non-profit and community based services with adolescents and adults. I have a certification in community health and extensive experience in trauma-informed practices.
