About

Do you ever feel like you’re spending so much energy trying to figure out what others want from you that you don’t have any time left for you? For many of my clients, living with anxiety and people-pleasing feels like just part of who they are...but they really wish they could change that. On top of that, many of my clients feel they don’t fit in because of who & how they love, whether they’re queer, polyamorous/non-monogamous, kinky, or something else. All of these factors relationships (friends/fam/romantic) hard sometimes, and it can make a huge difference to process that with someone who really "gets it". I offer therapy that’s honest and deeply human. I see all my work as relational, meaning that I'll always be real with you because I believe our client-therapist relationship can facilitate healing itself. I offer individual, couples, and extended relationship sessions in which we work together ways that work for YOU - not just ways a textbook tells us to. Whether we’re helping to change the stories you tell yourself, connecting you to your body, creating relationship agreements, or working on clear and honest communication – you can be sure that you’ll be met with honesty and compassion. If you're looking for a therapist who is willing to "go there" with kindness, I'd love to connect with you. Specialties: I help support folks in non-traditional relationship styles navigate opening their relationships, coping with jealousy and fear, navigating conflict and relationship agreements, deconstructing social norms, and coping with the opinions of others. AND I help overthinkers face their anxious thoughts, regulate their nervous system, and develop effective coping skills for anxious moments. Credentials & Experience: I focus my continuing education on taking courses specific to the queer and non-monogamous communities, to ensure that I am able to provide the best care possible. I have also completed 24 hours of education in trauma-informed treatment.

"I approach my work from an intuitive, narrative, somatic, and client-centered approach. Many of my clients experience distress due to the stories others create about who they are, but you too have a story about who you are inside of you. Together, we will explore that story, help you reconnect with your body, and refocus on the power you have to make meaningful changes in your life."
