Difficult experiences in life can bring up feelings of anxiety; depression; or lack of direction; it can be hard to know what to do. With compassion and honesty; I will help you to work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of you. I look forward to taking the journey of healingwith you. I am an in-network provider with many major insurance companies, and if you’re covered we will bill your plan directly and you’ll only pay a copay (the average copay is $15).
