For more than 30 yrs, I've had the privilege of helping clients reconnect with their own strength, clarity and inner wholeness. I primarily work with adults who are ready not just to cope with their trauma, but to HEAL it. I believe everyone is born whole and fundamentally good- and that life experiences, painful relationships, or limiting beliefs make us forget who we really are. My work is to help you remember. My work is warm, attuned and deeply respectful of your pace. I draw from Gestalt therapy, family systems, IFS & EMDR to create a space for you to explore what you've carri ed for too long. licensed in FL, CT, DE, NY & NC. Clients tend to struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, family issues, pre & post divorce issues. By identifying the processes in your life that are inhibiting your goals, through insight, humor and increased understanding, we will find ways to handle life, find peace and increase tools for your happiness Feedback from former clients include that I offer unique insights, provide a safe environment to explore in a non-judgemental arena and they feel respected. Much of my practice has been built from referrals from former clients. Specialties: I have focussed my post grad traiing on EMDR and IFs. I am interested in helping people heal and feel more fully themselves. Credentials & Experience: I have been trained in Internal Family Systems as well as EMDR to aid my clients in working through the obstacles of the past. I am also licensed for Tele-health in Florida.
