About
From the outside, it looks like you’re holding it all together but inside, you feel like you’re quietly unraveling. Postpartum anxiety can take many forms: racing thoughts, constant worry, intrusive “what if” scenarios, exhaustion, and self-doubt that make even meaningful moments feel heavy. Whether you’re pregnant, recently had a baby, or navigating early motherhood, it can be common to feel like you can’t slow your mind, trust yourself, or prioritize your own needs especially when everyone else is relying on you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, with advanced training in perinatal mental health. I specialize in helping new moms and women experiencing life transitions feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. Together, we’ll explore patterns like overthinking, gently challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build practical tools that fit your real life, so you can navigate motherhood with more confidence. I currently have daytime openings for virtual therapy, which can be a great fit for moms, especially on maternity leave. Reaching out can feel like a big step, but support can make a real difference. These spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, I invite you to please schedule a free phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Specialties: I provide individual therapy to women to support them in navigating anxiety and to feel more empowered. I specialize in helping women navigate fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in Connecticut and New York and I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
