About
Hello! I'm currently accepting new clients. Are you feeling misunderstood, worried, stressed, down, angry or disconnected? Are relationships feeling challenging? Stuck dwelling on the past? Finding yourself repeating unhealthy habits? Having trouble navigating life’s twists and turns? If any of this rings true, you are not alone. If you find that emotions are becoming hard to manage and you need a professional to work with, I’m glad that you are taking the first step with seeking therapy. My focus in therapy is working with men’s issues, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-discovery and adjustment issues. I'll provide you with a safe space to reflect on how you stand in the world. How you think, feel and behave. How you relate to yourself and others. I will hold this safe space with you and support you through the process that you need. I offer therapy both online and in person for individuals, couples and families. I am private pay only. While joining you on this journey of yours, I will provide you with trust, humor, curiosity, understanding, compassion and creativity. I have worked in various therapeutic settings for eighteen years thus have a wide range of experience. I believe therapy can be life altering. I have a true passion for the work that I do. I look forward to hearing from you!
