About
I am the Director of Psychotherapy at GreenwichPsych, LLC and a Harvard- and Columbia-trained psychotherapist in Greenwich, CT. With a PhD in psychology, I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, and behavioral issues, including school avoidance. I provide therapy for adults of all ages, adolescents, and children, as well as guidance for families. Drawing on CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I create individualized treatment plans that reduce symptoms, strengthen coping, and support meaningful, lasting change. My specialty includes treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and eating disorders. I also work with children and teens, guiding parents through Parent Management Training to improve communication and foster harmonious family interactions. In addition, I am a recognized climate-aware therapist and provide compassionate support for pet bereavement. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I honor the trust it takes to begin. Licensed in CT, NY, and MA, I provide in-person and telehealth care. My goal is to combine warmth, expertise, and direction as we address challenges. Together, we will build resilience, foster growth, and move toward a more meaningful and purposeful life. Specialties: I provide a compassionate, results-driven approach to treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, body image concerns, and behavioral issues, including avoidance. In addition to individual therapy, I guide parents with Parent Management Training and work with families to strengthen communication and create more harmonious interactions. Credentials & Experience: Harvard- and Columbia-trained with four master's degrees and a PhD, I am a results-driven psychotherapist dedicated to evidence-based care. With advanced training and broad clinical expertise, I help clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and achieve their life goals.
