About
Here for the modern mom and moms-to-be. You’re not alone if conception, pregnancy, or the adjustment to life after birth feels heavier than you expected. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and I work with people navigating fertility stress, pregnancy-related fears, postpartum overwhelm, and everything in between. My clients include women facing gender disappointment, health anxiety, or complicated emotions during pregnancy—as well as non-birthing, nonbinary, and trans parents looking for a safe space to process and heal. Motherhood feels hard because it is hard, and I can help you with that. I have over 10 years of graduate education and 8 years of training in various programs, including practica, internship, and a fellowship specializing in anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working with children and families and appreciate parents' challenges. I also wrote my dissertation on weight stigma in healthcare. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself for your family. Motherhood and parenting can be ironically lonely and isolating. Reproductive challenges and miscarriage bring grief that untrained people cannot understand. Trust that you have found someone who can help. Specialties: You're not lazy, you're depleted. It feels like you are constantly walking the line between selfless and selfish; I help my patience find the balance. This time of your life is emotionally complicated and messy, full of grief, gratitude, joy, and rage. I can help you find yourself again. You don't have to wait until your baby goes to kindergarten. Credentials & Experience: I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health settings. I am licensed in CT and FL and have been certified by Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health.
