As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am dedicated to supporting adults who are navigating through anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and domestic violence. My approach is client-centered, strength-based and evidence-based, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and experiences are at the forefront of our work together. My goal is to provide a safe and trauma-informed space where clients can process their emotions, recognize patterns and behaviors, and make empowered decisions for their future. I bring experience in individual counseling, particularly with the LatinX community, survivors of domestic violence, and those under hospice care. In our sessions, I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness skills tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. My practice is grounded in creating a supportive environment where clients can explore and overcome their challenges, fostering growth and healing.
