About
Licensed in CT and KY- fastest way to get ahold of me is email. Do you feel like your tires are spinning in the mud? Or you are ready to be your authentic self but struggle to find the words? You may benefit from a supportive and collaborative space where growth and honest conversations can take place. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect, with the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, college students, caregivers, and adults navigating transitions, identity, relationships, and the challenges of finding balance and fulfillment. I work alongside clients navigating life transitions, a few examples are coming out, relocating, taking care of aging parents, empty nesting, or starting college. In a supportive space, you can feel understood as you work through change. Using CBT and solution-focused therapy, clients build confidence, gain perspective, and take meaningful steps forward. Putting yourself first isn’t always easy, especially in a transitional time period, I’m glad you’re taking this step. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we work through obstacles of life. With humor, kindness, and compassion, clients walk away with growth and lasting change. Specialties: The main issues I can help you with are navigating life's twist and turns, understanding yourself, and setting yourself up for success in the future. We will explore current patterns, evaluate effectiveness, and plan strategies to implement. Credentials & Experience: I am independently licensed in both my home state of Kentucky and Connecticut.
