About
Hi! Welcome. :). I am taking new clients. I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist w/ expertise in cognitive & behavioral approaches. My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment in life or relationships. They might struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or navigating identity, relationships, and family dynamics. They’re looking to better understand themselves, clarify their needs, set boundaries, and create a life that feels authentic. They want insight, practical strategies, and support to feel more in control, empowered, and connected to themselves and others. They want to thrive! I help people strengthen relationships and identity, develop practical tools for coping and growth, & build skills for setting boundaries and differentiating. I support clients in building their happiness, and creating meaningful change — all in a way that feels grounded, actionable, & affirming. I provide a supportive, validating, & brave space where you can be yourself, feel heard, & explore your patterns. I enjoy helping you embrace your authenticity, build confidence, and create meaningful change in life and relationships. I work from a racial, social, & politically aware lens & especially connect with queer, CNM/poly, & kinky clients. :) Specialties: My clients have a variety of mental health (depression, anxiety, mood disorders), physical health, & relationship struggles. Often with overlaps/multiple areas of support needs. I take a holistic approach. I often work with neurodiverse folks & daily/life stressors or family/relationship stress. I help you build insight and skills so minimize the impact of your overall wellbeing and relationships. Credentials & Experience: I've got close to 15 years as a Social Worker and therapist in CT. I've also completed post graduate education in multiple modalities.
"I have an eclectic approach that blends cognitive, behavioral, somatic, & trauma based approaches. First, we build our clinical relationship, you let me know what you want from our work together, and then we explore possible approaches to gaining insight, coping, and change. I will support and challenge you throughout."
