About
Now accepting new clients and I'm in network with insurance! I have experience working with professionals, executives and older adults struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional sensitivity, burnout, substance use, work stress, relationship issues, life transitions and retirement. I use an eclectic style that incorporates modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and more. I do this all from a client-centered counseling perspective and I can teach you coping skills to manage your stress more effectively. I've worked in the healthcare industry for the past seventeen years and the foundation of my practice is empathy, professionalism and compassion. If you just want someone to talk to, I'm here. I look forward to meeting you! Call me today to schedule a free consultation! I'm happy to answer any questions you have about my practice. If I'm out of network with your insurance, many insurances provide reimbursement, making it easier for you financially. You can also use your HSA to pay. I'll work with you to make your care affordable, call me so we can discuss further! Specialties: If you're struggling with any of the issues listed we can work together to set goals. Treatment plans look different for everyone and they can include homework assignments, journaling, role-play, or even a diary card. I'm happy to create a plan that works specifically for you! Credentials & Experience: My training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy was completed at Silver Hill Hospital, through the Behavioral Tech Institute.
