I welcome all people—couples, families, adults, seniors and children from 8 to 18. Meeting you would be my pleasure. Helping you would be my mission. With more Han 50 years of social work experience, including an Appointment by President George H. W. Bush to serve as Commissioner of the Children’s Bureau, my work experience, rarely matched, helps me help you, as do my PhD education and life experience, How can I help? By being alert, being present, listening carefully and staying non-judgmental, I pledge clients my full attention. To use my extensive education, and experience, I pledge to work with you to develop and implement the most promising treatment plan. I think it is critical for me to bring honesty and skill to the therapeutic relationship. My commitment is to use my expertise to offer the most effective therapy for you. If we come to believe that the therapeutic relationship is not progressing well, we will discuss how we can improve it. Is the therapy helping you? Is the pain of growth worthwhile?
